With Surele,
it’s not just about
how you look
It’s about how you feel.
Drop the weight that’s holding you back
from living with energy and vitality.
“I was eating things I liked – she made it work for my lifestyle.”
– L.S.New Jersey
Which one are
you?
The weight-weary seminary girl
I’m in Eretz Yisroel for the year, packing in the experiences.
And the calories.
I want to gain and grow in seminary — but not in this way…
The juggling-everything mother
My blood sugar is high, my energy is low, and I’m fed up with “b’sha’ah tova” wishes when the bris was months ago.
I put such effort into taking care of my family.
Why is it so hard to do the same for myself?
The hungry-for-health couple
We’re in this weight battle together — and we’re struggling to find our way out.
We know we should be eating healthier, but how do we do that without starving or eating rabbit food all the time?
It doesn’t have to be this hard — or complicated.
Learn to work with your body, instead of against it.All while eating foods you like,
and without twisting yourself into a (whole-wheat, fat-free) pretzel.
Hi, I’m Surele Donner.
Mommy of 7, bli ayin hara, avid student, (10 certifications, to date)
and hiking enthusiast.
I’m also more than slightly obsessed with helping people look and feel great, so they can fully enjoy life.
I’m a Nutrition Behaviour and Wellness Specialist, which — in plain English – means I make health and wellness attainable (and sustainable!) within the context of a busy lifestyle. (Yes, even yours.)
I’ve helped hundreds of teens, mothers, and couples regain their health and zest for life, and I’d love to do the same for you.
Here’s how we
do it
The plan makes sense, but I don’t have time for all the food prep.
(Also, I really don’t like fish. And I miss pizza.)
Your plan
We sit together and create a doable plan based on your
• Lifestyle (Does it ever slow down?)
• Food preferences (No blacklisting.)
• Bloodwork (Yes, really. It’s an essential step in discovering what works for you.)
so you enjoy what you’re eating.
I always start out so committed to the plan,
but it’s hard to stay motivated, week after week.
Weekly check-ins
There’s nothing like having a set time each week to
• share your struggles
• brainstorm solutions
• celebrate your breakthroughs
so you have the accountability and support you need to stick to your plan.
Everything is so clear during the session, but I struggle to remember the details later on.
Session Summary
You show up, I take the notes.
After each session I send you a detailed cheat sheet of all the things we discussed, like
• Wins (Hurray!)
• Challenges (We’ll figure it out.)
• Action steps for the coming week
so you’ll have a clear reference point during the week.
Whenever I get stuck on something,
the whole week ends up going downhill until the next session.
Support in-between
Hit a snag?
No need to wait until we meet. I’m available between sessions by email or WhatsApp for questions and troubleshooting,
so you can get back on track, ASAP.
Plus:
Flexible timing
Fit sessions in when it works for you
Live or Zoom
Face-to-face or from your couch
Easy recipes
Healthy ingredients, delicious results
Interactive worksheets
Gain new self-awareness
“Thanks to Surele’s guidance,
Shabbos is no longer the day that destroys my week’s efforts.”
– E.A.Jerusalem
Women come to lose weight — and come *back* to gain a healthy lifestyle.
Many of my clients return for more coaching.
Not because they gained their weight back. (No yo-yo dieting here.)
It’s because they’ve gotten a taste of what healthy living feels like, and they want more of it.
>> More energy
>> More motivation
>>More life-balance
>>More peace of mind
“I didn’t think I needed any of this. I thought,
‘Let’s just lose the weight and be done.’
I didn’t even realize how badly I needed these good habits.”
– L.S.New Jersey
But Surele,
it won’t work for me because…
I don’t have time.
Follow-up sessions are only 25 minutes a week. Besides, the energy you’ll regain will help you get more done the rest of the time. Take it from my client: “I just function better. I actually technically manage to get more done.” (L.K. Jerusalem)
It’s too expensive, and you’re not even covered by insurance.
It’s true, I’m not covered by the Kupot. That’s because the women I coach want a level of support and personalization that simply isn’t possible within the limits of the Kupat Cholim system.
Obtaining a standard food plan is easy; the challenge is sticking to that plan, and tweaking it until it works for you. Women who are OK with in-and-out appointments and a standard plan without any interaction in between can get by with Kupah dieticians. But if you’re looking for full support, accountability and troubleshooting, (even between sessions) that’s exactly what I offer.
I don’t want to give up my favorite foods.
Good news: you don’t have to. You and I will build your personalized plan around foods you already eat and enjoy. Sometimes it just takes a small adjustment and you can eat your favorites while still feeling great.
I’m not interested in being hungry all the time.
I’m not interested in that either. In fact, we’ll work together to make sure you don’t get to that point The goal is for you to feel satisfied and full of energy, not starving and miserable.
The weight always comes back.
Yes, the weight always comes back — with fad methods or crash diets. I don’t do those. What we build together is a sustainable lifestyle, with bite-size habits that work to create change that lasts, even years later.

Is my coaching for everyone?
Absolutely not
If you
• won’t do the necessary blood work
• aren’t ready to face your food struggles*
and I will refer you onward.
But if you’re ready to
• reduce health risks
• gain a new self awareness
• free yourself from negative approaches
* If you’re dealing with an eating disorder, I admire your bravery in taking the step to find a coach. I’d be honored to connect you with a professional who is qualified to support you.
