Hi, I’m Sarah (Surele) Donner.
You know the kid whose favorite trip is the Science Museum?
That was me.
Even as a child, I was fascinated by science — especially anything related to food and nutrition.
Fast forward a few years plus a thyroid issue, and my nutrition hobby turned into a personal pursuit of health — which morphed into a full-time coaching practice. I was amazed at the changes I was seeing in myself, and wanted other women to experience the same sense of health and wellbeing.

I help Jewish women lose weight and regain vitality so they can be the most energetic and authentic version of themselves.
